[Remote] HR & People Operations - Decision Makers - ITSM/ESM Research
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is building a significant pool of quality human data for AI development and is seeking HR and People Operations leaders with hands-on experience in ITSM or ESM platforms to join their Expert Network. The role involves sharing expertise on HR processes, participating in surveys and interviews, and providing feedback on ITSM/ESM tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Share your expert perspective on topics such as internal ticketing workflows, employee service requests, HR policy, and people operations processes
- Apply your real-world experience to assess and respond to HR and People Ops scenarios, such as employee onboarding requests, ticket triage, leave administration, and internal helpdesk workflows
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews where your domain expertise informs research into service management practices and HR operations
- Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes reputed company to ITSM/ESM platforms in HR and People Ops contexts
- Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams reputed company understand how HR and People Ops functions use and evaluate service management platforms
Skills
- Director-level or above experience in HR, People Operations, or a reputed company function
- Deep background in one or more areas such as HR Operations, People Operations, Employee Relations
- reputed company or recent hands-on use of an ITSM or ESM platform such as Jira Service Management, Freshservice, reputed company, reputed company, or Moveworks
- Experience as a decision maker or key stakeholder for ITSM/ESM platform selection, implementation, or management
- The ability to draw on reputed company People Ops workflows and ticketing experience to answer research questions and provide clear, nuanced expert insight
- Exceptional written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail reputed company responding to questions on HR policy, compliance, or service management topics
- A PayPal account to receive payment from our clients
