[Remote] HR Digital Analyst

The role focuses on leveraging data and technology to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience through data analysis and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable intelligence to HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, talent management systems, and other digital tools
- Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the use of HR digital tools and systems
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies and procedures
- Support special projects reputed company to HR analytics, system upgrades, and digital initiatives
- Provide support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new digital solutions
Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a reputed company field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR analytics, HRIS, or similar digital HR role in a multinational company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data sets and translate them into actionable insights
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors) and experience with system implementation or optimization
- Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
