[Remote] Account Executive, Early Phase Development
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company LLC is a global leader in drug development and delivery, and they are seeking an Account Executive for Early Phase Development. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and closing new early-stage development and clinical manufacturing business while providing customer relationship management support to existing and new development programs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute sales plans (effectively utilizing Miller-Heiman sales methodology) to identify, qualify, pursue and reputed company new development opportunities (using Scotwork Negotiation Skills Methodology) reputed company an assigned region (reputed company customers and/or prospects) to reputed company reputed company and new business objectives
- Work with legal to execute appropriate and negotiate reputed company development and supply agreements (using Scotwork Negotiation Skills Methodology)
- Present reputed company’s Formulation Development and Clinical Manufacturing capabilities knowledgeably and effectively with customers, and craft specific targeted solutions that meet customers’ manufacturing and development needs
- Present reputed company’s broader capabilities knowledgeably and effectively with customers, in order to generate cross-sell opportunities and craft value-added solutions for customers across technologies
- Support and prepare development proposals working closely with R&D and negotiate these proposals
- Collaborate with VPBD’s, Global Account Directors and other Business Units reputed company teams in the construction and execution of their strategic account plan(s), if applicable
- Provide input into pricing strategy with assigned customers
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in science, business administration or other reputed company field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, Business Development or Project Management
- Advanced scientific degree and/or Master of Business Administration / commercially orientated degree is advantageous but not essential
- Sales/business development experience in the contract pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Thorough understanding of oral solid-dose manufacturing is a plus
- Thorough understanding of bioavailability enhancement technologies and manufacturing process is a plus
