[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product idealization and execution across multiple interconnected systems and workflows
- Translate reputed company clinical, operational, and technical requirements into clear, scalable product specifications
- Help shape AI-driven and automation-led capabilities specifically designed to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
- Work deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows, and interoperability challenges. Map upstream and reputed company dependencies across healthcare systems and third-party integrations
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to craft the end-to-end user journey, define solution architecture, and build truly scalable integrations
- Balance high-speed delivery with technical rigor in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology-driven environment
- Strong healthcare technology background, with direct experience working in clinical or operational healthcare systems
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and exposure to products operating at the intersection of EHRs, reputed company clinical systems, data, and AI
- Direct experience working with clinical data, workflows, or healthcare integrations
- Demonstrated success in a startup or high-growth environment
- Ability to move fast, operate in ambiguity, and get stuck in
- Sharp, curious PM who enjoys solving the hardest problems
- Comfortable navigating technical, clinical, and operational domains simultaneously
