As a Member Service Professional (MSP) at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge in Philadelphia, you will serve as the face of our brand and the first reputed company of reputed company for our most valued Card Members. • Travel Consultation and Reservation Support: Provide light travel advisory services and assist with reservation requests, leveraging your knowledge of airline, hotel, and hospitality networks to offer confident, well-informed guidance.
• Lounge Hospitality Coordination: Partner closely with our food and beverage team to ensure that every member’s dining preferences and accessibility needs are met with care, courtesy, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
