The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager – Customer Analytics & Identity Platform, you will operate as the strategic reputed company of the Client Insight Center product line. You will define vision, prioritization, and execution timelines, partner closely with Engineering, Data Ventures, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, and serve as the champion of data reputed company, reputed company, and user privacy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Drive the turn of events, articulation, and execution of the Client Insight Center product strategy, elevating the quality and accessibility of customer research and insights for internal stakeholders across arenaflex.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Define and communicate a clear, data-informed strategy, prioritization reputed company, and delivery timeline for the Client Insight Center, balancing short-term impact with long-term scalability.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following minimum qualification paths:

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field, plus 7 years of experience in product management.
• Option 2: 9 years of experience in product management or a closely reputed company field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company discipline.
• 6+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly reputed company B2B or B2C products.
• Deep familiarity with digital identity, customer data platforms, or analytics infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
• Experience working with assistive technologies and integrating accessibility seamlessly into product design and engineering workflows.
• A strong background in building inclusive digital experiences and supporting a culture of accessibility.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• A passion for data ethics, user privacy, and responsible AI-driven analytics.
