This is a limited-service, full-time remote position based in New Jersey, with an anticipated duration of approximately four months. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of consumer-facing duties, including but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls from Marketplace consumers, the general public, and individuals assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, consistently meeting or exceeding established performance standards, call quality metrics, and procedural protocols.
- Responding effectively to reputed company forms of inbound and outbound contacts, including telephone inquiries, written correspondence, and digital communications, with professionalism and reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
