About the Role: We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Bilingual Customer Service Agent located in Latin America to manage our omnichannel customer operations. In this role, you will take full ownership of incoming calls, emails, text messages, and order processing. You will work directly with the business reputed company in an environment that values high autonomy, precision, and a long-term growth reputed company.
