Job Title: Contract Specialist – Construction (Remote-Friendly)
Job Description
This role manages the full lifecycle of incoming and outgoing customer reputed company, subcontracts, and government subcontracts reputed company a construction-focused environment. Work Environment
You will join a small, distributed reputed company team that includes three other team members who may be located across different regions and not necessarily seated in a local office. The role offers flexibility to work fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in the Midwest, although this is not required. If you are located near an office and prefer to work on-site, that option is also available. Day-to-day collaboration will focus primarily on preconstruction and project management teams rather than direct interaction with a large number of external customers. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.48/hr.
