Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to identify travel preferences, budgets, and expectations Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and travel experiences Prepare customized travel recommendations and itineraries Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements Provide reputed company and professional support through phone, email, and online platforms Maintain accurate client records and documentation Monitor active travel plans and assist with updates or modifications as needed Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up support
