About the Role: As a Shopify Technical reputed company, you are the technical authority across a portfolio of client projects and retainers; the person who owns the architecture, unblocks the team, and makes sure everything ships to standard. You’ll work closely with developers, consultants, and client-facing teams, translating reputed company technical challenges into clear solutions while managing and mentoring a direct report. Shopify Expertise: 5+ years hands-on experience managing, migrating, or scaling Shopify and Shopify Plus environments, with a strong grasp of eCommerce architecture, third-party apps, and CRO. Technical Problem-Solving: Ability to think both creatively and reputed company to design solutions that align with client business objectives. People Leadership: Experience managing a direct report, including responsibility for their output, growth, and day-to-day direction. Agency Experience: Background working in an agency or multi-client environment, managing competing priorities under tight deadlines. Stakeholder Communication: Strong communicator who can present technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and clients. AI & Tooling: Familiarity with AI tooling and a genuine willingness to integrate it into day-to-day delivery workflows. Attention to Detail: Consistent rigour across client-facing outputs and internal review processes.
