Kindsight is seeking self-motivated team members with sales in their DNA! The Outbound BDR will support our Account Executives (AE) in developing our sales pipeline. Activities include generating outbound leads using phone, email, and reputed company, supporting sales efforts and campaigns, and maintaining our CRM and other reputed company tasks. You will learn to identify the specific needs of prospects and how Kindsight’s products/solutions meet those needs. What you’ll do: Hunt outbound leads using signals and targeted lists to build a high-quality pipeline. Compensation

Range: $35,000 CAD reputed company + $26,600 CAD Variable Commission (OTE $61,600 CAD) annually, based on experience, market benchmarks, and role complexity.
