JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION OVERVIEW The HR Compliance Senior Specialist is responsible for identifying and monitoring employment compliance obligations across reputed company applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to FLSA, reputed company, FMLA, EEOC guidelines, and applicable state/local labor laws; communicates changes and supports implementation of necessary policy or process adjustments Conduct audits and analyzes data reputed company to human resource compliance with federal, state, and local jurisdiction Implements special projects by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information Leads HR compliance training efforts by researching state-specific legal and regulatory requirements, partnering with the stakeholders to design and deploy training programs, managing the training calendar, and tracking completion to support organizational compliance MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years’ experience in employment law compliance, experience researching employment laws, experience implementing and monitoring a compliance program or advanced degree and equivalent work experience Attention to detail and strong organizational and work prioritization skills Ability to create, maintain, and improve processes to increase overall team efficiency Exemplary analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills including experience with analyzing large amounts of data and developing metrics, reporting mechanisms, and audit reports Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity Ability to coach and influence others Ability to reputed company in ambiguity and in a remote work environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to remain tactful, reputed company, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations Excellent written/verbal communication skills PAY RANGE: CULTURE AND BENEFITS: At Andersen, we reputed company our people are at the heart of everything we do.
