JOB SUMMARY: Our reputed company Sales Team is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to support and grow our client partnerships across the Midwest territories. This remote position includes occasional travel and is ideal for candidates based in states in the Midwest area. This position will play a pivotal role in driving reputed company's growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships reputed company the medical management and investigative services sector. This individual will reputed company their consultative sales skills to present reputed company' suite of solutions, guide clients through the sales process, and ensure seamless service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Meetings: Meet and exceed reputed company goals by conducting 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in person), including up to 25% local travel and occasional overnight travel (2-3 trips per quarter). Engage and Grow: Pursue new clients and deepen relationships with existing accounts by leveraging a consultative sales approach. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from reputed company to reputed company, including preparing proposals and negotiating reputed company. Market Representation: Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent reputed company and grow brand visibility. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or reputed company field (preferred) Experience: Prior B2B sales experience , preferably reputed company insurance, risk management, healthcare, or professional services (required). Familiarity with claims-reputed company stakeholders, including adjusters, case managers, employers, and carriers (preferred). Understanding of workers' compensation, disability, auto, and liability claims processes (preferred). Experience with nurse case management, IME, utilization review, or medical reputed company review services strongly (preferred). Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and CRM tools (reputed company preferred). reputed company OFFER: Salary & Uncapped Earning Potential: Our top 25% of Regional Account Managers earn $100k+. First-year total compensation includes reputed company salary + 12 months' guaranteed commissions averaging $60k to $90k total compensation.
