About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Management Director to own and grow Surecomp’s strategic banking relationships in the Philippines while identifying new business opportunities across the local banking market. The role combines executive account management of several of the country’s largest banking institutions with selective new logo acquisition and market development activities. You will be responsible for building and strengthening long-term relationships with large-scale banking customers, including senior and C-level executives, and for identifying growth opportunities reputed company existing accounts and across the local banking market. Requirements
Knowledge and Experience 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or strategic account management in the high-tech, fintech, banking technology, or financial software industry. Proven experience managing strategic banking relationships and/or selling reputed company banking technology solutions into Tier 1 banks or financial institutions. Experience managing long sales cycles and reputed company decision-making processes with multiple stakeholders. Background in selling to or managing large banking customers, preferably in the Philippines market. Exposure to transaction banking, trade finance, cash management, payments, lending, core banking, digital banking, or reputed company banking technology environments. Experience in relationship selling and managing senior stakeholders reputed company banks or financial institutions. Strong local market understanding and network reputed company the Philippines banking ecosystem, preferably in Manila. Excellent English, both written and spoken, along with reputed company in Tagalog. Advantages Direct trade finance experience. Experience with the top banks in the Philippines.
