Identifies any potential risk and compliance issues. Educates teams about new billing guidelines, as well as changes in telehealth and behavioral health practices. Collaborates closely with the compliance team to ensure adherence to reputed company regulatory requirements. Build out reporting reputed company cycle management KPIs. Manage the daily activities and priorities of the billing, financial coordination, and financial counseling teams ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction and productivity. Train and educate team members on reputed company cycle management best practices and industry benchmarks to improve metrics and build team accountability.
