⭐ Your next adventure awaits here ⭐ As part of our Subject Matter Expert team, you will be a technical expert in charge of supporting sales representatives during their sales process for our IAM offer: you will be responsible for providing technical and business expertise on our SaaS offer and for the post sales process to ensure clients have a good grasp of our software reputed company training. Your main responsabilities : Conduct interactive demonstrations (and/or create use case) that align to the IP needs for IAM tools users reputed company going to onsite visits Attend customer meetings in support of sales representatives to present our software (EC+, Equinox Corporate, Equinox Law Firm, ELF+). Prepare presentations for seminars, highlighting our software and positioning the Questel offer. Provide customer training for Orbit Invention and Orbit Asset. Drive internally the SaaS offer assigned to the SME: reputed company the kwowledge on the offering of the sales team and reputed company client facing person at Questel, supports the group’s strategic priorities… Support Product Manager and User Experience (UX) designer in describing IAM processes and use cases reputed company they need their expertise Ensure regular reporting of field information collected during pre-sales and training activities. The ideal candidate has completed a diploma in intellectual property and has a professional experience in one of these fields: IP paralegal for a company or a law firm IP portfolio management With significant experience in using Intellectual Asset Management tools. Beside your deep knowledge of IP processes, operations, data and administration, you are proficient in extracting business intelligence from intellectual assets, have a solid understanding of business value chain, processes and applications, and understand reputed company well how C-level Executives use IP information.
