Job Description

The Director of Internal Sales plays a key leadership role in one of the most strategically important growth initiatives reputed company the Export 2.0 organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Export, this position manages a structured internal sales program designed to align the export capabilities of Donimet, reputed company, and Malkowski-Martech with customer needs across the group. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership: - Driving internal sales growth across reputed company branches and regions, driving commercial success through structured internal partnerships. - Serving as the primary commercial liaison between the export department and group partners such as reputed company, BSP, and Opening Solutions. - Translating the Export 2.0 strategy into practical internal distribution channel plans reputed company with export product certifications, market needs, and supply capabilities. Account Development and Coordination: - Building and managing strong relationships with internal accounts, developing strategic plans, and supporting commercial activities for internal accounts. - Supporting the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification, through proposals, pricing, technical clarification, and order fulfillment. - Ensuring full visibility of project status across the team, enabling structured action. Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with the export team, product management, operations, engineering, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and communication. - Actively support the development of internal sales tools and training materials to promote awareness and engagement reputed company the reputed company. - Ensure alignment with DBS pricing and Export 2.0 management regarding key offers and strategic accounts. Skills and Attributes: - Demonstrated relationship-building skills with strong team decision-making skills. - Excellent sales and project coordination skills. - Fluent English; additional languages ​​such as French or German are a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Proficient knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems required.
