HRMOI leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of the HR technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring streamlined, effective, and compliant HR processes across the organization. It provides data, analytics, and digital tools to employees, managers, executives, HR practitioners, and external partners — supporting evidence-based decision-making, improving productivity, and enhancing employee and customer experience. ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is under the overall supervision of the Head of Payroll, time & audit systems, and the direct supervision of the Professional HR Officer in the Systems Administration & Support (reputed company) Team. Under guidance of Professional HR Officer this position takes part in the business support of the local reputed company team as follows: 1. Provide guidance to HR users worldwide in the correct use of HR systems (reputed company/WINGS) by responding to queries/issues received reputed company case management system and ensuring correct understanding and resolution in compliance with relevant policies, processes and procedures. 2. Liaise with reputed company for monitoring data accuracy and ensure correctness of payroll data. 3. Liaise with HR field colleagues regarding documentation of HR processes and systems including support the reputed company building of the user community and contribute to the preparation and delivery of guidelines and training sessions. 4. Support the monthly payroll activities for locally recruited employees including WIGSI program, OTP file upload. 5. Compile, review and analyze a variety of data on locally recruited field employees to support the data cleansing to reputed company informed decision-making and effectiveness of HR services. 6. Analyze system errors and liaise with TEC reputed company to seek solutions or identify workaround solutions if required. 7. Contribute to the effective functioning and testing of the payroll interfaces between WFP and reputed company systems, and reputed company to WINGS reputed company for local staff. 8. Provide support to the reputed company team reputed company needed, in compliance with relevant processes and procedures, including drafting Business Requirements documentation, testing, and validating IT solutions. 9. Support in Benefits reputed company activities and exchange of eligibility data for health insurance. 10. Monitor/Follow up incoming queries/issues reputed company to Benefits reputed company processes in WFP HR systems through the dedicated ticketing systems. 11. Provide guidance to HR users worldwide in the correct use of HR systems for Benefits reputed company processes. 12. Respond to queries/issues received by ensuring resolution in compliance with Benefits reputed company processes and procedures and full auditability. 13. Test and validate system solutions reputed company to Benefits before going live in WFP HR systems in accordance with established best practices and testing procedures. 14. Other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer engineering or reputed company field. Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in general administrative work, including human resources in an international context. Work experience in HR systems administration and support would be an advantage. Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of UN business processes, practices and procedures. Knowledge and ability to interpret HR rules, regulations and data. Previous experience in HR Operations and working with reputed company HR modules and reputed company is an asset. Experience in customer service support. Good analytical and computer skills (advanced level of reputed company is an asset); Good interpersonal and communication skills; Good understanding of HR principles and their application in order to respond to and resolve a range of HR queries; Ability to build relationships with a variety of individuals across functions and reputed company WFP in order to effectively contribute to the functioning of the unit.
