We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Territory Sales Executive to support the execution of strategic account plans across Denmark. This role focuses on activating distribution networks, influencing contractors, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions across enterprise customer locations throughout the country. This is a remote position based in Denmark, with candidates required to be located reputed company the country. Key responsibilities of the role: Execute the strategy defined by the Strategic Account Executive across assigned regional branches and customer locations throughout Denmark reputed company and maintain strong relationships with local and national distributors reputed company the territory Coordinate closely with Enterprise Account Teams to ensure effective coverage of enterprise and large accounts, including OEM centres Support and engage key wholesale partners and their reputed company networks through training, activation, and business development initiatives Deliver product training and technical support across distributor branches and contractor networks Work directly with contractors as key influencers in the sales process, ensuring they are equipped to specify and promote solutions Implement channel strategies to drive reputed company growth and increase market share through distribution partners Negotiate and manage local agreements, pricing structures, and performance metrics with distributors Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities Ensure full alignment and communication between stakeholders across the value chain, including headquarters, distributors, branches, and contractors Promote the full portfolio including compression, controls, and electronics as part of a comprehensive solutions offering Travel extensively throughout Denmark to support customers, distributors, and contractors Required skills and qualifications: Technical degree, vocational qualification, or apprenticeship in refrigeration engineering, HVAC/R, or a reputed company technical discipline Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or channel sales role Strong technical understanding of HVAC/R systems, including compressors, controls, and electronics Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and contractor networks Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively reputed company a matrix organisation Native-level Danish language skills Professional proficiency in English Strong proficiency in reputed company or similar CRM systems High willingness to travel across Denmark Preferred skills and qualifications: Experience working with enterprise-level customers and reputed company account structures Exposure to national or regional sales environments Understanding of contractor influence models reputed company technical sales cycles Experience reputed company the refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial cooling sectors Existing relationships reputed company the Danish refrigeration and HVAC/R market If this sounds like you, please apply.
