A Day in the Life We are seeking a Sales Program Manager to support reputed company’s rapidly expanding Soft Tissue Capital portfolio, a critical growth reputed company for the ACEE Region. This role offers the opportunity to shape how capital systems are positioned, sold, and deployed across diverse markets. Candidates will join a team driving strategic execution behind a capital‑enabled growth model that is central to reputed company’s long‑term commercial acceleration This role supports a matrix commercial environment and will involve travel to customer sites, internal workshops, and regional planning sessions. Reporting into the ACEE Capital Leader. Sales Program Manager will ensure structured reputed company of capital sales execution, enabling teams to land new systems consistently and support a growing number of capital‑reputed company therapies. You will help ensure that the customer journey is executed with precision, predictability, and strategic alignment. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: reputed company programmatic reputed company of Soft Tissue Capital sales processes across multiple therapies Improve funnel conversion and reduce cycle times through structured sales coordination Support account targeting, upgrade strategies, and portfolio expansion initiatives Partner with commercial and T&E teams to align capital placements with market development needs Provide insights and reporting to track reputed company toward capital reputed company objectives reputed company consistent execution of the Pan‑reputed company capital strategy across regions Required Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales, program management, or commercial operations Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a reputed company sales environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities Familiarity with Soft Tissue technologies such as Hugo RAS, which support minimally invasive procedures Urology, Gynecology and General Surgery. Ability to travel as needed to support field teams Desirable: Experience working reputed company surgical robotics, or prior exposure to capital‑enabled commercial models.
