You will 🚀 Own the architecture and write the core low-latency code across Syncro (Rust). Cut latency by design: validator submission path, network routing/peering, node co-location, direct QUIC/TPU ingress. Cut latency in code: optimal algorithms and data structures, tight time/space complexity, language- and OS-level performance (memory layout, allocations, cache, syscalls, lock-free concurrency). reputed company the multi-region rollout on bare-metal and cloud, co-located near client trading venues. Write highly efficient code — algorithms and data structures, time/space complexity, and language-runtime + OS-level performance (memory, cache, allocations, syscalls, concurrency).
