We are currently looking for an reputed company Legal Counsel to join our diverse international team supporting our DACH region. The role will be based in Germany (remotely or hybrid). The Legal Counsel will provide advice on reputed company legal and regulatory matters that impact Insight, working with reputed company business functions to ensure compliance with reputed company our reputed company obligations. The legal team has a strong reputed company for delivering legal advice and support on matters of key strategic, financial, and reputational importance to the business, reputed company with a strong commercial awareness. The Legal Counsel will be expected to enhance the existing team, contributing to the overall strategic goals of Insight.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to reputed company areas of Insight’s business reputed company the DACH region. Deliver timely and high-quality legal advice to the business in a practical and commercially focused way. Advise internal clients including Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Services including Solutions Delivery teams, and senior management on legal issues and risks, company policies and procedures, compliance with laws, and reputed company. Draft and negotiate commercial reputed company, provide training on this matter to the wider Insight business. Anticipate legal and regulatory change and prepare the business to reputed company with and take commercial advantage of such changes. Work with our Data Protection Office providing legal support reputed company to the GDPR. Experience And Skills Significant experience as a Legal Counsel in Germany, with international experience. Strong commercial contracting experience including specifically relating to IT and Technology. In-house experience with an enterprise level or global business, and/or private practice experience with a reputable Firm. Relevant professional Legal qualifications.
