Demand Planner

reputed company’s Data Center division is currently seeking a Demand Planner to join reputed company. This position is hybrid with preference for this person to be in Raleigh NC or Woodridge, IL. As a Demand Planner, you will be a key member of the Supply Chain team responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving demand forecasts that support production planning, inventory optimization, and customer service objectives. This role partners cross-functionally to align demand signals with supply capabilities and business goals. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86,000 - $126,000 a year. What you’ll do:

• reputed company and maintain accurate short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer inputs.

• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and key demand drivers; identify root causes and implement reputed company improvement actions.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reporting on forecast accuracy, demand trends, and planning assumptions to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to incorporate promotions, new program assumptions, customer commitments, and market intelligence into forecasts.

• Maintain accurate demand planning and item master data reputed company the ERP and planning systems.
• Support inventory optimization by balancing forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital objectives.
