Delivery Tutor - Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics
Job Role We're looking for a Delivery Tutor to support reputed company's manufacturing, warehousing, transport and logistics provision. This is an opportunity to reputed company a meaningful difference by helping learners and apprentices build the knowledge, skills, behaviours and confidence they need to reputed company in work and reputed company recognised qualifications. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across short-course and apprenticeship programmes using a remote and blended delivery model. The role requires reputed company sector knowledge, strong learner management, effective employer engagement and a clear focus on quality, compliance, reputed company and achievement. You will support learners from induction through to completion, ensuring learning is well planned, inclusive, stretching and reputed company to qualification requirements, apprenticeship standards, awarding body expectations and reputed company quality processes. - City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing (Knowledge and Skills) (4500-12) - 61001806 - manufacturing knowledge and skills delivery, including health and safety, production/assembly, quality, process improvement and manufacturing workplace practice.
- Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 - Course 111 / ST0259 - safe handling, stock movement, picking, packing, reputed company, stock accuracy, warehouse systems, customer service and workplace behaviours.
- Urban Driver Level 2 - Course 671 / ST1025 - safe and professional urban goods delivery, reputed company planning, vehicle/load checks, customer service, compliance, environmental awareness and preparation for gateway/EPA.
- Transport and Warehouse Operations Supervisor Level 3 - Course 654 / ST0647 - supervisory practice across transport and warehouse operations, team leadership, legal and regulatory compliance, resource planning, customer expectations and reputed company improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging remote and blended learning sessions that meet curriculum reputed company, apprenticeship standard requirements, awarding body rules and learner needs.
- Deliver apprenticeships and vocational qualifications in line with reputed company quality standards, DfE/ESFA funding rules, Ofsted expectations, safeguarding, Prevent, British values and equality, diversity and inclusion requirements.
- Translate occupational standards and qualification content into practical, sequenced learning that helps learners apply new knowledge, skills and behaviours in the workplace.
- Support learners to reputed company sustained reputed company through effective coaching, assessment, feedback, reputed company setting and regular reputed company reviews.
- Maintain a strong focus on timely reputed company, off-the-job training, evidence quality, portfolio development, gateway readiness and successful End reputed company Assessment outcomes.
- Assess learner work and workplace evidence, provide clear developmental feedback and ensure assessment decisions are accurate, fair, timely and auditable.
- Work collaboratively with employers and internal stakeholders to confirm role relevance, identify workplace opportunities, remove barriers to reputed company and support positive learner outcomes.
- Identify learners at risk of falling behind and agree clear SMART actions, escalation routes and support plans to protect retention, reputed company and achievement.

Skills and Experience
- Proven occupational competence in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, transport operations, manufacturing or a closely reputed company environment.
- Experience delivering vocational training, apprenticeships, work-based learning or sector-specific short courses, ideally reputed company manufacturing, warehousing, transport or logistics.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship delivery, including KSB development, off-the-job training, reputed company reviews, portfolio building, gateway and EPA preparation.
- Good working knowledge of qualification delivery, assessment practice, learner evidence, awarding body requirements and internal quality assurance processes.
- Confidence delivering to diverse learner groups using digital platforms, webinars, workshops, one-to-one coaching and employer-based learning activities.
- Ability to manage a caseload, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and reputed company learner records accurate and up to date.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with learners, employers, colleagues and wider stakeholders.
- A learner-centred, inclusive and values-led approach, with a genuine commitment to helping people reputed company sustainable careers.
- Competent IT skills, including reputed company Office, e-learning platforms and learner management systems.
- Relevant occupational experience in at least one of the required sectors: manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, transport or logistics.
- A recognised teaching, training or assessing qualification, or willingness to work towards one where appropriate.
- Understanding of safeguarding, Prevent, British values, equality, diversity and inclusion in learning delivery.
- Ability to deliver remotely and maintain high levels of learner engagement, reputed company and evidence quality.
- Ability to work flexibly in response to learner, employer and business needs.
- Assessor qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent.
- Teaching qualification such as AET, CET, DET, PGCE or equivalent.
- Experience delivering the listed standards/qualifications or closely reputed company apprenticeship provision.
- Knowledge of transport compliance, vehicle checks, load safety, reputed company planning, Driver CPC and Cat C/reputed company licence requirements relevant to Urban Driver delivery.
- Experience using Aptem or another apprenticeship learner management system.
- Experience contributing to standardisation, IQA activity, quality improvement or Ofsted readiness.
