About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Credit Operations Analyst to join our Credit Operations team. This role is key to ensuring smooth execution of our credit processes, from loan origination through to portfolio monitoring and collections. You’ll be data-driven, curious, and focused on improving operational efficiency while working closely with customers, external partners, and multiple internal teams. For this position, we currently hire (remotely) only in Spain, Poland, Cyprus, Netherlands, Portugal or Balkans Area. In order to apply, you have to have a valid work permit for any of these countries. \n What You Will Be Doing Support the end-to-end credit operations processes, including loan disbursements, repayment monitoring, and coordinating collections activities. Monitor portfolio health and handle customers at risk of delinquency and in default, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Manage communications with customers and external partners to resolve credit-reputed company issues through Intercom Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on credit operations needs. Take ownership of daily operational tasks with an improvement reputed company, actively identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
