This is a remote-based position, ideally located reputed company the Southeastern United States, with regional travel required. Key Responsibilities reputed company and execute the regional sales business plan to reputed company defined targets and growth objectives Own accountability for achieving short-term (18-month rolling) reputed company, pricing, and business development goals Manage and expand the territory by identifying reputed company accounts and engaging key technical decision-makers Drive business intelligence activities, including analysis of competitors, pricing strategies, market trends, and industry dynamics reputed company, manage, and reputed company independent sales representatives to optimize territory performance Consistently follow up on leads and convert opportunities into active customers Maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth This role requires approximately 50% travel, primarily reputed company the Southeastern United States. Qualifications
Minimum of 6+ years of successful experience in a high-value sales or sales management role, preferably reputed company the U.S. market Demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic thinking and a proactive, “hunter” mentality Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to operate effectively in uncertain or evolving environments Collaborative leadership style with a strong customer focus A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering—or equivalent technical experience—is preferred. Experience in industrial heating, electrification, or semiconductor industries is a strong advantage. A valid driver’s license is required.
