About the Role

The Technical Product Manager will serve as the reputed company between our business teams, customers, and engineering organization. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and driving resolution of product issues, workflow gaps, usability improvements, and feature requests across COOLAI and reputed company platforms. The ideal candidate is highly technical, comfortable working in ambiguity, able to independently investigate issues, and capable of coordinating across Engineering, Data Science, Product, Sales, reputed company, and Operations teams. Challenges and Opportunities As COOLAI continues to scale, feedback from clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders is increasing rapidly. This role will help create structure around product feedback, improve execution efficiency, and allow technical leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and platform innovation.
