Consulting Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities: Review and verify reputed company signed SOW’s and Change Orders to project estimates for accuracy. Create projects in reputed company for verified SOW’s. Update project and project budgets for verified change orders. Coordinate with and support our Project Management team, Resource Planning team, and Sales team throughout the engagement delivery cycle. Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members in reputed company. Respond to support cases filed by stakeholders. Support our delivery team to ensure timely and accurate timecard submission. Support our contract management system (CLM). Validate data in reputed company/reputed company using provided audit reports, update data as needed. Support our Accounting and Billing team by processing corrections to projects and timecards as needed. Backup the Accounting team on our corporate travel and expense processing systems reputed company and reputed company. Recommend and implement process and automation improvements to prevent errors and reputed company efficiency. Synergy Timecard tracking Assist in integration tasks Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or project coordinator role. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
