Senior Manager, R&D Accounting

The Role: Immunovant is seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Senior Manager, R&D Accounting to join our accounting team. This role you will assist with the clinical trials and R&D accruals processes and work closely with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, and R&D teams. You will apply your existing accounting skills and knowledge, learn new skills, and play a key role in guiding the growth of the Accounting department. Key Responsibilities: Prepare month-end clinical and R&D accrual analyses, including reviews of CRO reports, patient costs, site accruals, and clinical manufacturing accruals, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies. Prepare corresponding monthly journal entries and reputed company supporting documentation. Prepare monthly accounts reconciliations (clinical and reputed company prepaids/accrued expenses). Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance, highlighting key trends and potential risks. Review reputed company and amendments to analyze/determine impact on clinical accruals. Maintain SOX controls for assigned areas of responsibility. Support the internal and external reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate financial reports for management, investors, and regulatory compliance. Work cross functionally with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Research and reputed company and other various business owners. Work with external CROs and clinical /manufacturing vendors to ensure that accruals are accurately accounted for. Assist with providing necessary documentation and explanations reputed company to R&D accounting for the annual audit to our external auditors. Possess a reputed company improvement reputed company, identifying opportunities to enhance accounting processes and systems. Provide support as needs arise for special projects, system improvements, or reputed company requests. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting Certified Public Accountant license preferred 5+ years Biotech experience, 2+ years of focus on clinical trial accrual accounting. Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls and financial reputed company and reporting process. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with reputed company and reputed company is preferred. Highly proficient in reputed company office suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the aptitude to collaborate effectively across various teams. High level of reputed company, attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities. Work Environment: Remote-based Dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment Domestic or international travel is required (up to 10%) Salary range for posting $155,000—$175,000 USD Compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
