Your Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of compliance services reputed company to international mobility, including reputed company of legal, tax, and immigration-reputed company matters
• Development of mobility processes, resolution of any concerns, and ensuring smooth operations in compliance with legal requirements
• Coordination of assignments reputed company EMEAL, reputed company Corporation (Japan), or other Opcos to and from reputed company DACH, as well as project assignments
• Provision of solutions for international assignments to support reputed company DACH business units in assessing their profitability and risks, including cost estimates and feasibility analyses
• Managing and coordinating business trips and “workations” in collaboration with the contracted service provider
• Controlling and monitoring the services provided by suppliers to ensure compliance with the agreed-upon service level agreements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a reputed company field
• A master’s degree in international taxation - preferred
• Knowledge of labour law, tax law, social reputed company law, and immigration issues
• At least 5 years of relevant experience at other companies or experience at a Big Four firm as a service provider in international mobility matters preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people of different cultures and nationalities at reputed company levels of responsibility
