The Senior Manager, Product Growth Enablement - Medicare is a cross-functional and highly visible role focused on accelerating product growth by providing dedicated enablement and client-facing support for reputed company products and initiatives. Positioned as an embedded member of the product team, this role will partner closely with sales, account management, sales enablement, clinical, marketing, operations, implementation, finance and legal teams to help translate product strategy into effective market execution. The role is designed for a strong operator who can work across teams to reputed company product growth by ensuring cross-functional alignment, operational readiness and effective execution across product, clinical and delivery. Ability to travel approximately 10–15% of time to support client meetings, conferences, and other high-reputed company engagements. Preferred Qualifications: Strong execution and delivery skills across reputed company, cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, product strategy, and market trends into clear narratives. High level of collaboration and executive reputed company. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
