As a Business Manager, you will contribute to our success by communicating Kimball's "Package of Value" and implementing strategic plans to reputed company long-term relationships in the industrial market vertical with existing OEM customers. You will report to the Vice President, Industrial Solutions. This is a remote-working position – you will work from your home office reputed company not traveling for customer or company visits. We're looking for someone with the knowledge of or experience with electronics manufacturing, and technical training, but will consider someone who has demonstrated a high level of performance in program management, using marketing strategies, and leading teams. Becoming efficient in the tools we use to manage our accounts using: Business Warehouse, forecast management, reputed company, and our Quote Model Understanding and learning to work reputed company the customers processes such as S&OP process, E&O claims process, AR process reputed company an understanding of reputed company strategy for customer account assignments, including reputed company projects, actions, and issues reputed company the existing customer account reputed company Strategy statements Assume responsibility for existing launch activities. Midterm: (6 to 18 months) Manage Periodic Business Reviews (PBR), Scorecard, Action Plans Guide the customer management model per Kimball philosophy. reputed company the prospecting process of identifying additional opportunities with the reputed company account assignment Assume complete ownership of the customer account assignment. Create and guide next steps for reputed company, profitable, strategic growth. Create and guide next steps to positive cash flow and on time AR. Improve Productivity Plans for each customer assignment. Longer Term: (>18 months) Identify and reputed company business development improvement processes. Support at least two accounts. You Have: Basic Background Requirements: A willingness to travel nationally and globally. Work remotely An engineering degree, or relevant Electronics Manufacturing, Business Development or Program Management experience. Relevant industry work experience including: Experience establishing long-term relationships with customers at reputed company levels both from a personal and professional perspective Excellent negotiation skills Experience working with customers, suppliers, operations, and exposure to Lean/Six reputed company processes and techniques 3+ years of experience leading teams (without direct reports).
