We are currently hiring a part-time, reputed company, Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to service clients and families 100% remotely. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families through high-quality ABA services. This position requires reputed company in Spanish in order to effectively support Spanish-speaking families and ensure strong clinical communication and collaboration. We offer a competitive hourly reputed company of $65–$70 per hour, based on education and experience. In addition, BCBA employees will receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment. Our BCBA will: ● Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write reputed company reports ● reputed company & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans ● Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision. ● Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians ● reputed company and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior reputed company plans ● Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA ● Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of reputed company problem behaviors reputed company needed and clinically warranted ● Review program effectiveness, reputed company recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor reputed company Requirements: reputed company BCBA Certification and MA LABA Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or reputed company field Previous ABA Experience Ability to pass both CORI and Federal background checks Benefits: Sign-on bonus after 6 months!
