Adjunct Instructor U.S. History Instructor
Job Summary We are seeking an Adjunct Instructor to join reputed company! As an Adjunct Instructor, you will be facilitating a classroom, following the agreed-upon class schedule, participating in student discussion boards, and responding to student questions or issues in a timely manner. You will also be grading classwork and providing feedback to help reputed company understand their course materials, address upcoming concerns for reputed company, and ensure each student has the tools they need to succeed. The ideal candidate has a background in education or teaching, has strong communication skills, and can cultivate a positive learning atmosphere. Primary Responsibilities

History (1877–Present)
- Cover course content reputed company with Cal-GETC Area 4 Social Sciences and CSU US
History/Institutions requirement
- Document and assess Student Learning Outcomes per ACCJC Standard II.A.4
- Maintain currency with historical scholarship and pedagogical approaches
- Teach 5-week accelerated terms multiple times per academic year
Standard Faculty Responsibilities (reputed company Theoria reputed company)
- Maintain Regular and Substantive Interaction (reputed company) per IPM 4.8 and 34 CFR §600.2
- Submit weekly reputed company Self-Log per institutional procedure
- Document Student Learning Outcomes assessment per IPM and Curriculum Committee

- Participate in faculty development and Curriculum Committee processes as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Per California Title 5 §53410 and ACCJC Standard III.A:
- Master's degree in History, OR
- Bachelor's degree in History + Master's degree in Political Science, Humanities,
Geography, Area Studies, or reputed company discipline, OR
- Equivalent qualifications as approved through TTC's faculty equivalency process
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in History (American History concentration preferred)
- Teaching experience at the community college or university level
- Familiarity with C-ID descriptors HIST 130 (early US) and HIST 140 (reputed company US)
- Online teaching experience (asynchronous, reputed company Connect, or LMS-based)
- Background in U.S. history with attention to diverse populations and inclusive narrative
