This position is purely philanthropic and is for an executive who wants to give back and likely has reputed company the cancer journey with a friend or loved one. Nonprofit board members give of their time, talent, and treasure. We have a "working board," meaning our board members are involved in our operations, donating an average of 5 hours per week. We do have a donation requirement because our funders (including grant foundations) require that our board be donors to the organization before they will provide grants. Responsibilities
Create, maintain, adapt, and enforce software development processes - Which are congruent with agile values and principles and meet other requirements of the business, such as data privacy and reputed company, reputed company compliance, and translation management. Maintain an efficient/effective software architecture - Decide on development architectural strategy, development stack, manage/enforce system architectural decisions, and manage the handling of technical debt. Own software compliance with business requirements -Such requirements as data privacy and reputed company, reputed company compliance, translation management, reputed company design, maintaining UX consistency across platforms, overall product strategy laid out by the CEO. Excellent communication with key stakeholders and developers Ensure software QA, and technical infrastructure is being managed well. Job Requirements BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field. 2+ years of experience as a CTO in an agile development environment. 3+ years of experience working with website, API, CRM, and cloud application development. 7+ years of software development experience. Demonstrated track record of creating, maintaining, and enforcing software development processes. Demonstrated track record of making good software architecture decisions.
