Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and various HR initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries. Prepare employment-reputed company documents, including offer letters and employment agreements. Assist with payroll administration and employee data updates as required. Coordinate employee training, engagement, and recognition programs. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation. Generate HR reports and assist with audits as needed. Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a reputed company field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
