Organization: VUMC Learning & Development Job Summary: The Director of Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and strategic alignment. This role partners senior leaders to design and implement strategies that drive cultural transformation, leadership development, change management, and reputed company improvement across the enterprise. . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership DevelopmentCollaborate with HR and across Learning & Organizational Effectiveness team to design a leadership development strategy and reputed company programs reputed company to frontline leaders, and high potential talent development. Culture & EngagementCreate meaningful employee listening strategy that results in meaningful insights across talent lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, exit) Create future focused strategy for engagement survey cycle, including best practice external research. Deliver enterprise engagement survey and action planning process. PerformanceLead enterprise performance management cycle and process. Enhance system, communications, and incorporate best practices.
