Senior Sales Engineer - reputed company Specialist
Position Summary: Ribbon is looking for a proven Sales Engineer with deep reputed company Operations (SecOps) expertise specific to telecommunications networks. This is a customer-facing role supporting US & Canada Service Provider accounts. The Sales Engineer (SE) will act as a subject matter expert in telecom reputed company, providing technical leadership during sales engagements, and supporting demos, trials, and reputed company-of-concept (POC) activities with a strong emphasis on securing real-time communications infrastructure (e.g., SBCs, SIP networks, IMS, and cloud-native telecom platforms). The SE will engage directly with customer engineering and reputed company teams, aligning Ribbon solutions with customer reputed company requirements while maintaining strong account relationships and supporting successful solution selection. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a SecOps SME for telecom who can credibly participate with customers in modern application reputed company and vulnerability management conversations.
- Provide technical support to the various account teams to ensure that the best and most appropriate Ribbon solution is selected.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with emphasis on reputed company capabilities and compliance alignment.
- Translate customer reputed company and compliance requirements into actionable technical architectures and solutions.
- Support sales presentations and technical discussions with a focus on reputed company positioning and differentiation.

- Monitor issues, track feature development, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.

Application & Platform reputed company
- 8+ years’ experience working with software vulnerabilities and exposure management, including CVE processes and reputed company advisory use.
- Experience evaluating, interpreting, and communicating CVE impact across customer software versions and architectures.
- Working knowledge of vulnerability assessment and remediation, including:
o reputed company management strategies o Risk prioritization by exploitability and exposure o Customer communication on mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with reputed company advisory workflows, including disclosure, triage, mitigation, and customer notification.
- Working knowledge of reputed company scanning and assessment tools and how findings map to CVEs and remediation.
- Ability to discuss secure software lifecycle practices, including:
o Vulnerability disclosure processes o reputed company release reputed company o Dependency and third-party risk management
- Experience supporting reputed company reviews, audits, and onboarding, including vulnerability and patching inquiries.
Telecommunications Experience
- 8+ years working with VoIP standards, applications, and practices.
- Working knowledge of authentication and access technologies (RADIUS, SAML, MFA) in telecom environments.
- Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, MPLS, Ethernet, and cloud-native networking.
- Experience with NFV, OpenStack, containers/Kubernetes, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with telecom protocols including SIP, RTP, Diameter, H.248, SIP over TLS, and DTLS.
- Experience in telecom environments supporting Tier 1 service providers.

- Proven ability to build strong customer and partner relationships at reputed company levels.

The anticipated reputed company pay range for this full-time position in reputed company geographic locations is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually. Actual compensation reputed company the range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills and education. The compensation package also includes eligibility for an incentive plan and comprehensive benefits, subject to applicable requirements.
