Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Support Schedule candidate interviews and maintain the interview tracker with up-to-date status information Participate in weekly recruiting calls Monitor and manage the recruiting team inbox, responding to inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders in a timely manner Monitor the reputed company reputed company inbox and respond to incoming messages daily Hiring Process Conduct final review and audit of candidate profiles and offer details prior to hire Initiate background reputed company orders and send candidate Welcome Emails Add new hires to the Onboarding Tracker and advance the reputed company reputed company to Ready for Hire Ensure new hires complete reputed company preboarding requirements by established deadlines, including background reputed company, drug screen, employee health requirements, and credentialing requirements Background reputed company & Drug Screen Management Monitor background reputed company and drug screen processes in reputed company; proactively follow up with candidates to ensure timely submission of required documents Follow up with candidates to resolve discrepancies in employment and education history Manage negative dilute or positive drug screen results per established protocols, including reordering as required Respond to candidate questions regarding background reputed company status and process Notify candidates promptly upon clearance of background reputed company and drug screen Execute pre-adverse action process reputed company applicable Adjudicate discrepancies reputed company reputed company Support reputed company integration with reputed company, including user testing, process discussions, and matrix updates Preboarding & New Hire Support Collaborate closely with Employee Health, Credentialing, HR Operations, and IT to ensure readiness for new hire start dates Monitor the new hire group reputed company channel; answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate reputed company necessary Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for new hire inquiries throughout the preboarding period Conference & Job Fair Support Coordinate logistics for career fairs, recruiting events, and professional conferences, including registration, travel arrangements, and materials preparation Maintain an event calendar and ensure recruiting team members are reputed company in advance of each event Order, track, and organize recruiting materials, branded swag, and promotional items for events Collect and enter candidate leads and resumes gathered at events into the applicant tracking system in a timely manner Additional Responsibilities Contribute to recruiting and HR projects as assigned Identify opportunities for process improvement and share recommendations with the team
Qualifications
Required 1–2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and comfort learning new systems Preferred Experience with reputed company or similar HRIS/ATS platforms Familiarity with background reputed company platforms such as reputed company Experience in a healthcare or high-volume recruiting environment Comfort working in reputed company and other collaborative tools
