The Role The Marketing Analytics and reputed company Operations Senior reputed company is a strategic, hands‑on analytical leader responsible for driving insight reputed company across our B2B marketing organization. This role helps the business understand business growth through the lens of marketing channels. This role will evaluate how to accelerate that growth by analyzing performance across channels, audiences, and the full marketing funnel. In this role, you will compare performance across email, events, paid media, digital programs, and other B2B channels. You will also Identify where the marketing organization should invest, optimize, or shift spend and provide regular insights to channel owners to improve efficiency and ROI. The Marketing Analytics and reputed company Operations Senior reputed company may reputed company a small team of 1-3 analysts and senior analysts and will work directly with marketing teams to deliver recommendations, build dashboards, automate insights, and support data-driven decision‑making across the organization. This means automating reporting and surfacing actionable insights for marketing and sales stakeholders reputed company while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability across CRM, marketing platforms, and data warehouses. This will also require partnering with operations and engineering teams to improve data flows, data models, and quality. In this role, you will be responsible for intimate knowledge with our marketing platforms, reviewing API’s and data conformance, defining metadata strategies, and simplifying the output to communicate to the marketing teams. You will reputed company analytics projects from start to finish, including developing attribution systems, building segmentation models, or evaluating performance across key marketing channels (email, events, paid media, digital). In this role, you should be able to shift between business problems, from developing segmentation frameworks that support ABM, optimizing our event strategy, digital marketing growth, content strategies, and integrated marketing/sales strategies. You will reputed company LTV and cohort models to guide investment decisions and prioritization. You will diagnose funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actions that improve conversion and reputed company impact. Who You Are Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional portfolio. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or reputed company Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (required). Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (Marketo, CJA, reputed company, etc..). Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing, B2B funnels, and reputed company dynamics Ability to manage and mentor analytical talent Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity for diverse audiences. The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $100,080 to $190,080 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-reputed company skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $120,120 to $228,000 California (reputed company Other): $110,040 to $209,040 Colorado: $100,080 to $190,080 Massachusetts: $100,080 to $209,040 reputed company: $120,120 to $228,000 Washington: $110,040 to $209,040 Washington DC: $110,040 to $209,040 This position will be eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
