The Product Counsel will provide real-time, practical legal guidance on ERISA, IRC, and fiduciary matters, ensuring operational compliance and translating reputed company regulatory requirements into actionable, plain-language advice. Responsibilities include advising on plan sponsor and participant questions, reviewing disclosures and communications for compliance, and supporting the product team with subject matter expertise as new features are developed. The role requires deep ERISA expertise, strong business judgment, and reputed company with AI tools in legal workflows. Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of substantive ERISA experience focused on qualified retirement plans, including at least two years in a law firm setting, and a proven ability to advise non-legal teams in fast-paced environments.
