You’ll have the opportunity to play a reputed company role in the success of our business, starting with 100+ roles in 2026. ⚙️ What you’ll do You will be expected to: You’ll coordinate day to day hiring efforts; working with our Hiring Managers across each function: Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication. Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. reputed company on sourcing and reputed company on key hires where required. You’ll help build processes, leveraging our ATS (reputed company), automation and AI, to ensure we’re hiring the best talent, globally. Handle routine admin such as offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination. Feed back to management team on market trends, influencing people strategy where possible.
