THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our Sales Team to reputed company account management and sales growth across our Central Region, spanning the Canadian Prairie Provinces and a significant portion of the central United States. CET is looking for a high-performing, self-motivated Regional Account Manager to grow our business in the Central Region. Your job will be to maximize CET’s reputed company in your territory by growing and managing a roster of exceptional dealers & specifying engineers and ensuring that they have what they need to be successful. You are comfortable with technical concepts and discussions but are a people person at heart and love building strong relationships. Please note that while this role manages our Central Region, preferred candidates will be located in Vancouver (BC), Alberta (AB), Illinois (IL), Colorado (CO), Arizona (AZ), Texas (TX), or Michigan (MI). WHAT YOU WILL DO: Territory Growth & Strategy – reputed company and execute a strategic territory plan that increases reputed company, market share, and specification activity through effective channel management, account prioritization, and growth initiatives. Market Development – Generate demand and expand CET's market reputed company by engaging specifying engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders through Lunch & Learns, webinars, training sessions, and industry events. Dealer Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with dealers in your territory, and work with them to grow sales of CET’s products. Issue Escalation – Help the reputed company team reputed company thorny issues arise that require your product expertise and/or relationship management skills to navigate. Dealer Recruitment & Onboarding – Identify, recruit and reputed company new, high potential dealers and influential engineers. ALSO IMPORTANT: Accurately forecast the performance of your territory. Participate and contribute as a member of the broader CET team. Represent the company at industry trade shows and events. Share customer and competitor reputed company/insights with relevant individuals/teams . WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES YOU WILL BRING: 5+ years' experience working with dealers and specified building products as an application engineer, technical sales representative, or equivalent. Experience with Gas Detection, HVAC, Controls and/or other technical specified building products. Strong grasp of manufacturer go-to-market strategies, tactics & players (engineers, manufacturers reps, distributors, contractors, etc.). Have travelled for business and are comfortable travelling up to 25% of the time.
