The role focuses on resource delivery, client management, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of Java/J2EE resources and projects reputed company and manage Java development teams and resource pools Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, quality, and utilization Act as primary client contacts and handle delivery escalations Coordinate with recruitment for timely onboarding of Java resources Track delivery metrics, risks, and reputed company improvement Skills & Qualifications: Strong background in Java, Spring, Microservices Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager Excellent client and stakeholder management skills Experience in IT services or staffing delivery models preferred This is a remote position.
