Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an empathetic, highly organized, and proactive professional to serve as a Supportive Service Navigator. In this remote role, you will work directly with older Job Seekers to guide them through personal barriers as they pursue employment. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about connecting individuals to critical community resources and possesses a strong understanding of how to navigate reputed company challenges such as transportation limitations, housing instability, healthcare access, and food insecurity. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, cultural competency, and the ability to establish trust with clients from varied educational and cultural backgrounds. You should be a creative problem-solver who can navigate stressful situations with a positive attitude while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Resources and Build Provider Networks reputed company and maintain a comprehensive directory of supportive service providers to address diverse Job Seeker barriers. Track each client's reputed company and requests for assistance by keeping accurate, timely records and reporting outcomes as required. Monitor and document the reputed company of each Job Seeker as you guide them through personal barriers on their path to employment. Coordinate approvals and payments for necessary costs, actively aiding Job Seekers in utilizing no- or low-cost solutions whenever possible. Maintain reliable database utilization and record-keeping to support program compliance and reporting requirements. Requirements
Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in social work, benefits counseling, health and human services, or information and referral services Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 is required · Strong telephone and online communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity · Ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment, and excellent self-organization in a remote environment. · Must pass Ohio BCII and FBI background investigations upon hire.\
