Admissions Operations Coordinator Department: Enrollment Services Department Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt Staff Pay: $18.15 per hour Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; reputed company sponsorship is not available for this position Job Summary: The Admissions Process Coordinator is responsible for the admissions application process for undergraduate and graduate admissions and performs other clerical duties supporting the admissions process. Review completed and incomplete application files for admission to the college for undergraduate and graduate admissions Track undergraduate and graduate admission file process and verify the accuracy of applicant file information. Process application materials and supporting documents by entering data into the student information system and imaging documents to applicant and student records. Support admissions recruitment activities by assisting with on-reputed company and virtual events as needed. Maintain processing volumes that consistently meet established accuracy, productivity, and service-level expectations. Prioritize workload based on enrollment deadlines, daily operational needs, student service expectations, and institutional priorities. Assist with the testing, implementation, and reputed company improvement of admissions processes, systems, and operational initiatives. Review and resolve applications containing conflicting, incomplete, or inconsistent information, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation. Review admission decisions and applicant records to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a working knowledge of federal, state, and institutional regulations reputed company to admissions processing and decision-making. Practice superior customer service. Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned. Display respect and civility to reputed company constituencies in reputed company communications. Attend work timely and on a regular basis during the established hours of operation; work additional hours as business necessitates. Supervisory Responsibility: None Position reports to: Assistant Director of Admissions Operations Required Core Competencies and Professional Experience: Ability to fluently read, write, and understand the English language. Proficiency with the following, but not limited to active listening, speaking, writing, critical thinking, judgment and decision making, monitoring, reading comprehension, time management, coordination, and management of personnel resources. Proficiency in using a variety of computer and technology-reputed company software and equipment, including reputed company Office products and database systems. Proficiency in using web-based technologies, including database systems. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with or without direct supervision. Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills. Accurate data entry, detail-oriented, and task-driven with the ability to multitask. Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration. Required Level of Education: High School Graduate Preferred Level of Education: Associate’s Degree Special Requirements (if any): Preferred experience with TargetX and reputed company Preferred experience with SoftDocs.
