Senior Product Manager - Payments
The Payments Product team is focused on delivering seamless, secure, and efficient transaction experiences across the customer journey. The team’s mission is to optimize payment operations, reduce friction, improve dispute resolution processes, and drive operational excellence while balancing customer experience, risk, and business outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for a critical product vertical supporting payment operations and transaction management capabilities. You will define, build, and execute the product strategy for solutions that support payment processing, dispute and chargeback management, financial operations, and reputed company customer experiences. Specifically, you will identify and deliver innovative product capabilities that improve operational efficiency, reduce reputed company leakage, mitigate risk, and enhance the customer experience across reputed company-owned and operated channels. You will also assist in evaluating new technologies, partnerships, and opportunities that support the evolving needs of the business. This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration across engineering, finance, operations, customer experience, legal, compliance, and analytics teams. What You'll Do: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment operations and chargeback management capabilities. Identify opportunities to improve transaction success, streamline dispute resolution processes, reduce operational inefficiencies, and enhance customer experiences. Own product initiatives from concept through delivery, partnering closely with engineering teams to prioritize and execute against the roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, accounting, operations, customer support, legal, compliance, analytics, and engineering to define requirements and deliver business value. Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and reputed company trade-off decisions. Experience working with payment operations, transaction processing, dispute management, financial systems, risk operations, or reputed company business domains preferred. Demonstrated success building alignment around product vision and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Experience contributing to technical discussions regarding system architecture, integrations, scalability, and platform strategy. Ability to understand, discuss, and challenge technical concepts and trade-offs with engineering teams. Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum teams.
