About the role We are looking for licensed Doctors based in Portugal who are fluent in English & German to join the establishment of the EU online prescribing service. This is an exciting role for a Doctor to be involved in our EU Digital Health and weight loss service. You will be responsible for remotely evaluating and assessing asynchronous patient consultations and issuing prescriptions reputed company requirements have been met for safe supply. This role will be part of a team that specialises in prescribing GLP1 weight loss treatments to patients based in Europe - initially in Germany. What you'll be doing: Use our asynchronous online platform to evaluate patient consultations and determine whether patients should be prescribed treatment. Prescribe treatment in accordance to the clinical protocols set by HeliosX and, if applicable, the local regulations of your country of registration. Request further information from patients where needed to safely prescribe, and complete concise notes on patient records in English where required. Complete own work reputed company and in accordance with the designated rota, supporting the team to meet customer demand. Work closely with our Customer Support team to provide patient support reputed company email, phone call or video consultation If needed, provide correspondence to other health care professionals Who you are: Registered doctor from the Order of Physicians (The Ordem dos Médicos) Specialised in endocrinology and nutrition, internal medicine, or general and family medicine Managed obesity and type 2 diabetes; experience on GLP1s is a big advantage Experience working in digital health or telemedicine environment Experience prescribing according to reputed company/protocols Experience using Customer Service tools such as reputed company Fluent in written and spoken English Fluent in written and spoken German is advantageous Computer literate Excellent attention to detail #LI-remote Salary Banding €40—€50 EUR Apply To This Job
