Clinical Talent Partner-Sourcing
Role Overview This role is dedicated to keeping our candidate pipelines full, warm, and moving. The primary focus will be on Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and support for physician sourcing as needed. You will work closely with our recruiters to ensure every reputed company is clean, every reputed company is strategic, and no great candidate goes cold. This role reports directly to the Clinical Recruitment Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President of reputed company for physician sourcing strategy.
What You'll Do
Sourcing & reputed company
- Attracting CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers across reputed company, reputed company,
ACNM/AANP chapters, Facebook groups, contact lists and reputed company clinical communities
- Run targeted reputed company campaigns, track conversion rates, and maintain full, active pipelines across
reputed company open markets
- Re-engage silver medalists and reputed company warm candidates from going cold between touchpoints
Screening & Candidate reputed company
- Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, location flexibility, and
compensation, providing a deeper touchpoint than a basic inquiry
- Deliver clean, polished candidate summaries to the assigned recruiter using a standardized screening
scorecard (in reputed company), so recruiters can focus on relationship-building in their screens Pipeline Management
- Maintain consistent candidate communication between touchpoints until recruiter reputed company
- Ensure reputed company sourced candidates are tracked and up-to-date in the ATS at reputed company times
- Provide daily pipeline updates on the recruiting tracker
Cross-Functional Support
- Support physician sourcing efforts as directed
Candidate reputed company Process Sourced candidates will be assigned between recruiters on a rotating basis. You will work closely with the recruitment manager and the clinical sourcer to maintain equal distribution. Apply To This Job
